Lots of cases in Australia where mothers take children 1000’s of kms away from the father whilst remaing in the country.AVO’S are easily obtained for coniving women, without any consequences for lying.
Is that justice.

Yes DOCs australia ABDUCT some children without justification and they fabricate and make minor issues to be major,it appears that any chid services have way to slander and abduct children for no good reason

Superapplefrog,

Thank you for raising this point. Children’s right to a mother goes unquestioned according to the Act, as it stands and any change. The amended version will simply mean there is no need for the father anymore.

Many thanks,

Kingsley Miller

This is nuts.. what the hell do the judges think they’re playing at?! They’re not abiding by the Children Act section 1, they’re ignoring it

Please How PACT can be contacted ?
LETS FIGHT TOGETHER.
The weapons ?
I have some ideas , even that some may seem to far fetched or idealistic or even with the flavor of grandiosity , I know it will make an impact.
The fear that the apathy, corruption etc be exposed will help to press the bureaucrats to take action

PACT’s mission is to fight parental child abduction and to help the police locate and retrieve missing children.

PACT is an international, non-profit organisation, registered in the USA and the UK. It was founded in 2000 by Lady Meyer, wife of the then British Ambassador to the United States. Its patrons are Cherie Blair, wife of the British Prime Minister, and Laura Bush, First Lady of the United States.

Dear All,

I should like to reinforce the above comment by saying I hope and wish for the safe return of Madeleine McCann, the young girl abducted in Portugal, to her mother and family as quickly as possible,

Dear Bernardine100,

Thank you for your comment.

Child abduction is just as painful for mothers as fathers and I wish you all the best.

I fight the same battle with a daughter I lost to the country of Japan in 1998. Please view the youtube movie – Abduction is Abduction, and help us change the way parental abduction is viewed – WORLDWIDE.

Child abduction cases hit all time high
Ireland 13 March 2007

New figures show there were over 100 child abduction cases to and from Ireland last year, representing an all time high.

Almost two thirds of the cases related to children being brought to Ireland from other countries. The remainder were abductions from the State to
other jurisdictions.

The Guardian, October 6, 2005
My ex-wife met someone from Egypt online and now plans to move there with our two children. Must I lose them?

I got divorced a year ago, after my wife told me she no longer loved me. It was difficult to accept, but I survived without recourse to bitterness, as my primary
motive was to do the best by our two young children.

Fathers to fight removal of children overseas
By Lois Rogers
Sunday Telegraph 11/02/2007

Record numbers of children are being taken to live abroad by their mothers against the wishes of their fathers as a result of bitter divorce battles.

The number of contested court applications for “leave to remove” children has risen to more than 1,200 a year from only a few cases in the 1990s, says Resolution,
a family lawyers’ group.
