Onision, Do you have children? I am just going to assume you dont. Just because men dont carry the baby for 9 months and pop it out doesnt mean theres no emotional attachment. and unfortunately WE humans didnt create the birth system so too bad too sad. and again me assuming you dont have children you are in no position too speak about who deserves custody… what if the mother is a druggie or just not fit for parenting? i dont think your fit to speak about this..

Why is it about either of the parents. It should be about the child. And if a mother uses the child as leverage against the father for reasons between the parents, then it just proves the selfish unworthiness of her even being a mother. It’s 50/50 for the sake of the child, not the parents.
You should really stick to being funny. Wiki-opinions are shit.

I understand what you’re saying, but I have never seen a picture of him and don’t have any memories of him. Story is (I don’t even know if it’s the truth), he died in a car accident 22yrs ago.

it’s not a point at all, don’t drink the gool lade, go read Starmonster comment below.

This dork, onion or w/e is just pandering for views, he don’t believe this either.

good point starmonster, don’t forget that the claims of “hardship” by the pregnant women are largely exaggerated by feminist to dupe dumb shit’s like this guy. In a non charged atmosphere talk to a female non feminists sometime. ALSO don’t forget that this whole presumption makes it as if the child is PROPETY to be worked for, even if , his premise (it’s not) is correct that it is so difficult to do what you are BUILT FOR. He dont believe this either, its all about views to him.

my cousin got a woman pregnant. I understand she had to go through the pregnancy, but she was an unfit mother. she didn’t bother to take care of the child. whenever i was over there to see the child, she was sitting on the couch watching cartoons. the father and his mother and father were the only guardians taking care of him. it would kill me to see my baby cousin with an untit mother like her. but you do make a good point. this comment is so long XD

Because, it takes two people to make a baby. You need to haploids to make a diploid, hap= half. Two halfs to make a whole, it has two people DNA.

Two people make a child, and two people can raise it, sometimes just the dad will raise the child. Raising is harding than birthing.

Your also generalizing a lot, it’s ignorant.

This is atopic that can be hard to talk about.
because some men help there wife through biirth.
and some just leave.
the guys thaT leave should have no Custody. at all.
but the ones who stay and help do deserve 50%.

Yes but did you ever think about your dad. . . (not here to argue by the way . . . Im just saying) Yes you can live a positive life but its whats inside that hurts. My Father wasn’t there either and I live a positive life just like most or some Children in the world . . . But has your heart ever ached because Your father wasnt there. Have you ever had just days to where you think about how it could be like for your father to be there with you teaching you things?

ur a retard, it is 0, 50/50 or 100%, and the woman has no right to custody if she can FORCE a man to pay with FORCED LABOR for a kid for18 yrs. Think about it, over time evolution will weed out men that go for this as they r weak men, & put themselves in vulnerable positions. Just another reason why feminism is a blip on screen & the pendulum is starting to swing back to sanity. 40yrs of feminism will not undo 1 million years of evolution. Manginas like this guy will not be here in 100 yrs.

80%. Are you actually serious? We deserve 50% because we contribute 50% of the genetics. It not based on the difficulties of pregnacies because thats noone’s fault.Thats how it works but the bottom line is, the child is half of both the mother and father so who put in more work is irrelevant.

In custody cases, usually it’s the woman that ends out with the child because this is the court’s mentality as well to an extent on such cases. BUT, like many people have said before me, sometimes the mother isn’t fit to raise a child and it’s obvious that she shouldn’t be. They always start with the woman first and if she’s all coked up, they’ll give the child to their dad.

i think mothers should get at least 80% custody.
